20 Beautiful Celebrity Mansions That Are Worth Its Cost – Take A Look

Pierce Brosnan – ~$3 Million, Santa Monica

Looks like 007 Pierce Brosnan is out to expand his already-impressive real estate portfolio by investing in a $3 million four-bedroom home in Los Angeles’ Santa Monica area, besides the ones in Hawaii and Malibu. The former James Bond star (from movies such as Die Another Day and Mama Mia!) lost his primary home of 25 years after the 2018 California forest fires completely destroyed it.

This 2,300 square foot pad is pretty modest as compared to Brosnan’s other properties, but he and wife Keely have grown up kids, so they don’t need all the extra space. The unpretentious 1940s traditional cottage was bought shortly after it was listed by the previous owners.

Michael Strahan – ~ $21.5 Million, Brentwood

Along with his stint on Live! with Kelly and Michael, former football player Michael Strahan said goodbye to his Brentwood home and the sale made his bank balance increase by $21.5 million. The 2013-built East Coast-inspired Traditional home measures 15,600 square feet in size and sits on an acre of land.

Every corner of the 9-bedroom, 14-bathroom house oozes luxury. All 3 floors can be accessed by an elevator, and it has a library, 1,000-bottle glass-walled wine cellar, fireplaces, drinking lounge, gym, sauna, game room and a cinema room. Outside, you find an expansive lawn and an impressive 59-foot pool.

John Travolta – ~ $4.9 Million, Florida

As many of us already know, John Travolta, on top of being a great actor, is also a pilot! In fact, his house has an airway linked to his front door. He was one of the first people to buy a house in Jumbolair, Florida.

He’s estimated to have paid around $4.9 million to buy it. The house, on top of the airway, also has a large swimming pool and acres of lawn. As it comes with walls of glass throughout, his parked planes are visible from many rooms! John’s now expected to play in the Die Hart series.

Adam Sandler – ~ $6.05 Million, Malibu

It was way back in 2001 when actor and producer Adam Sandler bought his Miami home for $3.1 million, but it’s current valuation stands at $6.05 million. The actor from hits like Happy Gilmore and The Wedding Singer recently had his 3 bedroom, 1947-built property renovated.

The 1,315-square-foot family home is one of the pricier homes in the area and it comes with a huge skylight running the full length of the house. The entertainment patio, which faces the waters, is at beach level and provides the perfect setting to watch the sun set.
