An Inside Look At 13 Of Your Favorite Celebrity Houses
Robert Downey, Jr. – ~ $11.9 Million, East Hamptons
If you think you’ve seen The Avengers actor Robert Downey Jr.’s Hamptons home before, in the 1982 movie Deathtrap, then you would be right, as it was indeed shot there! The 19th-century windmill house in the upmarket Hamptons area was built in 1885, but the windmill was always purely decorative.
Robert’s windmill is flanked by 2 wings on either sides that contain the property’s 7 bedrooms. The movie star’s guests get to stay in the 2-bedroom guest house, and use his studio, 3-car garage, pool, home office, library, tennis court, gardens and potting shed, to fully savor the “Hamptons life.”
