Matthew Labyorteaux – 8th December 1966
Matthew Labyorteaux gained recognition in his career as a young actor. His breakthrough occurred when he was only five years old, appearing on the popular TV show “I Love Lucy.” Prior to this, he had already been involved in the entertainment industry for two years as a drummer for the Horace Heidt Orchestra. Even at the tender age of three, he managed to earn an impressive $500 from touring with the musical group. Presently, Matthew Labyorteaux is the sole surviving member of the “I Love Lucy” cast. In 1994, he shared his experiences of working on the show in his autobiography “Life After Lucy.” As time went on, Matthew Labyorteaux reduced his acting commitments and transitioned into a different role. In 1990, he became the Executive Director of Ballet Magnificat!, a dance company operated by his wife, Kathy Denton.
