Vanessa Macias, a renowned American radio star and travel show host, is his fiancée.
The couple have been an integral part of each other’s lives since they first met in 2013. After four years of dating, they welcomed their daughter, Quill, whose name was inspired by Peter Quill from the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Guardians of Galaxy. Additionally, Duncan is currently mentoring young NBA players at his former club.
