William is an established actor and best known to fans as Captain Kirk in ‘Star Trek’ franchise. His better half, Elizabeth, is a professional horse trainer and is known to be compassionate towards animals.
Singing high praises for his wife, Shatner said that she was the greatest partner anyone could have as she is patient, understanding, and passionate. The duo got married in 2001 and Elizabeth even went on to write songs about her lover. Sadly, the two sighted irreconcilable differences before filing for separation.
