Though Kaley Cuoco’s weight loss wasn’t double-digits, when speaking of someone as tiny as her, six pounds is definitely a lot! In fact, after losing it, she was able to make the cover of Shape magazine! We’ve been getting to know Kaley as Penny from The Big Bang Theory.

To lose weight, Kaley was simply by doing yoga five days a week, and let go of most comfort food. Of course, as she shared with Shape, she always made sure to have a day in the week when she can cheat. In the future, we’ll be seeing her in The Flight Attendant series.
