Writer Molly McNearney and talk show host Jimmy Kimmel have known each other professionally longer than personally. After all, they have been workmates before things turned romantic between them. When they first met, the comedian insulted the assistant, and there wasn’t anything sweet about that for her.
It wasn’t until an after-show get-together when they got to know each other pretty well. On their first date, Kimmel cooked all her favorite dishes, and at that point, McNearney realized that he was thoughtful. The couple tied the knot in 2013, and they remain in the same workplace as of 2021.
