Rising to fame in the ’60s, Alan Alda is fondly remembered as ‘Hawkeye’ for his role in the famous hit TV series ‘MASH.’ Not only this, but the show also paved the way for five Emmy nominations and two awards for his tremendous work.

Many people don’t know that in 2018, the actor revealed that he had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s. Yet, the disease has not slowed Alda even a bit as he continues to perform, take boxing sessions, and regularly play tennis. Well, that is awesome for someone who is in his 80s!

In his early 80s, the super talented professional shares his secret to maintaining the balance- “Take your job seriously, but don’t take yourself too seriously.” Take note, everyone!

As they say, the rest is history! The celebrity has maintained a steady career throughout.

Lately, Tina appeared on Ken Kushner’s 2019 film ‘Tapestry,’ and it seems that the prolific actress doesn’t plan to retire anytime soon. Evidently, she’s very passionate about her craft!

Apart from his acting life, the Hollywood legend made several contributions to society and had been very vocal about his political opinions. Consequently, Robert was presented with America’s highest civilian honor in 2016. We are sure while relaxing on a rocking chair, in his 80s, the legend must be very proud of himself!
