Bobby Sherman | Age 81

Bobby Sherman gained fame as a singer during the late 1960s and early 1970s, becoming a beloved figure among teenagers. His career took a significant step forward with the release of his hit song “Little Woman” in 1969. Additionally, he enjoyed regular appearances in the comedy series “Here Comes the Bride” on ABC from 1968 to 1970.

However, in the 1970s, Sherman decided to leave the entertainment industry and pursued a career as an EMT, receiving proper training for the role. In 1992, he transitioned into becoming a police officer for the LAPD, taking on the crucial position of chief medical training officer. Notably, since 2011, Bobby Sherman and his wife, Brigitte Poublon, have committed themselves to philanthropic endeavors through their foundation, the Brigitte and Bobby Sherman Children’s Foundation.
